Your Atleisure product purchase is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. Below is everything you need to know about what is covered, what is excluded, and exactly how to submit a claim.
What Does My Product Warranty Cover?
Your product is covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the original date of purchase.
- Duration: The exact duration of coverage depends entirely upon the specific product model and the authorized retailer from whom it was purchased.
- Replacement Parts Policy: Once replacement parts are sent, the original warranty period does not restart. There is no separate warranty on replacement parts themselves; they remain covered only under the remainder of the original product warranty window, if any. Please note that replacement parts are typically replaced only once per product.
What Is NOT Covered?
To maintain a clear and transparent process, please be aware that this warranty is strictly non-transferable (applies only to the original purchaser) and does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper Care & Handling: Improper assembly, unauthorized alterations, accidents, disasters, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Commercial Use & Secondary Sales: Products utilized for commercial purposes or items purchased through unauthorized third-party sales channels.
- Acts of Nature: Damage caused by severe environmental elements (e.g., wind, fire, freezing temperatures).
- Standard Weather Wear: General environmental aging, including but not limited to:Discoloration or fading of the finish.Rusting.Mold or mildew resulting from prolonged exposure to the elements or improper seasonal storage.
Deep Dive: Is Rust Covered Under the Warranty?
We pre-treat the frames of our metal furniture to help prevent rusting. However, rust is a naturally occurring process that can still develop under certain conditions:
- Scratches: If a painted surface on a steel frame is scratched and exposes bare metal, rust will likely occur if moisture contacts that area.
- Standing Water: Rust can form on any metal surface where water is allowed to pool or remain for an extended period.
Because we cannot control environmental exposure or how products are maintained, rust is not covered under our warranty. We strongly recommend promptly touching up any accidental scratches and following our proper care and storage guidelines to minimize rust over time.
